On March 21, 2009, the 4th and 5th grade boys from Jackson and Cambria Elementary Schools are invited to participate in the Boys Only Leadership Development at Jackson Elementary School from 9:45 AM – 2:45 PM. Men from the community will be presenting information to the boys about positive social skills. Some activities planned include basketball, a Wii rock band contest, Outdoor Odyssey rock wall climbing and a pizza party. This is a great way to hang out with old friends and to meet new friends. Research has shown that the more that we get to know each other the less likely we are to bully each other. We hope all will attend. This event is free thanks to contributions from the Central Cambria Education Foundation and the Cambria County Drug and Alcohol Program.
