CCHS Guidance

Mrs. Dixon and Ms. Urbain accompanied 73 seniors to the Post High School Opportunity Fair at the Altoona Area High School Field House on October 8, 2014.    College and career school representatives from over 80 post-secondary schools were available to students during the Opportunity Fair.  Students were afforded a 35 minute time block to visit the information booths of schools of their choice.  Students commented that the program provided options for post-secondary schools that they had not previously considered.  Mrs. Dixon would like to thank the administration and school board for approving and funding transportation for this program again this year.
