We
are very proud to share with you some exciting news! Mr. Jason Moore, our
Curriculum Director reviewed the scores for Cambria County and Jackson
Elementary scored #1 in Cambria County for English Language Arts (ELA) and #3
for Math on the PSSA. Jackson Elementary School was also #2 in Science out of
15 elementary schools.
Jackson Elementary School also had
strong value-added scores in all subjects in the Pennsylvania Value-Added
Assessment System. What does that mean? Well, it means that students are
learning and achieving high goals every year. Jackson Elementary School took a
Gold in ELA, Silver in Science, and a Bronze in Math! Congrats to the
students, teachers and staff, and you, the families!! Awesome job!!
