Dr. Lansberry traveled to Pittsburgh on Tuesday, May 14 to
return the spring science kits and pick up the science kits needed for the fall
and spring term next year. Proceeds from this year’s Supper for Science and
additional financial support from the Central Cambria Education Foundation made
it possible for the District to purchase the Science kits needed at both
elementary schools for next year. The students, parents, faculty and
support staff would like to thank everyone for their support of science
education in the Central Cambria Elementary Schools. The attached photo
shows the excitement of the students who helped unload Dr. Lansberry’s trailer
of supplies that he delivered to our school from ASSET STEM Education in
Pittsburgh. The District was able to save significantly on shipping costs
by having the Principal transport these materials.
