Third
grade students experienced a Large Map of Africa that was on display in the
Cambria Elementary School gym on May 16th. This learning opportunity
was provided by The Learning Lamp with funding provided by our PTO. We would
like to thank the Learning Lamp, Christie Cuppett, and our PTO for providing
this fun learning experience for our third grade students. Amanda Peretin
from the Learning Lamp stated, “It was great to see the third graders engaged
and actively learning about other places in our world. Many of the third
graders impressed me with their knowledge of Africa. They knew about
animals, natural features, and many other geographical facts.”
