Central Cambria School District Resource Officer Nate Stohon led training in self-defense here at CES last week. Students practiced escaping the grasp of his/her wrist, collar, and jacket during physical education classes. The students were reminded to yell for help, lower their body weight, and run when in a threatening situation. Homework was assigned by Officer Stohon: know your address and phone number.
